Gpi Process Technology has recently completed the delivery of an 8,5 m\u00b3 stainless steel industrial cooking kettle<\/a> for a Dutch producer of Asian sauces. The cooking vessel is designed to support the production of soy based sauces with high salt content, where product consistency and process control are critical to achieving high-quality results.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tailored for demanding sauce production<\/h3>\n

Producing soy based sauces requires more than standard heating and mixing processes. Variations in viscosity, fast-settling ingredients and the need for a perfectly homogeneous end product place high demands on both the process design and the equipment.<\/p>\n

To meet these requirements, we designed and manufactured a custom-made industrial cooking kettle equipped with a special anchor agitator, both made of duplex 1.4462, specifically engineered for the product characteristics of the customer\u2019s sauces and condiments. The agitator ensures optimal mixing performance, maintaining product uniformity throughout the entire process.<\/p>\n
