Gpi Process Technology completed the delivery of an 8,5 m³ stainless steel industrial cooking kettle for a Dutch producer of Asian sauces. The cooking vessel is designed to support the production of soy based sauces with high salt content, where product consistency and process control are critical to achieving high-quality results.
